The intermission saw a herd of book lovers swarm the sales table.
I am always amazed that Mariam Toews recognises me. The last time I took her photo was years ago... Maybe I look like someone she knows a bit more.
The three authors from before the intermission were great. Joan Thomas, Saleema Nawaz, Maurice Mierau.
